Caerwys 6th September

 On a day with rain forecast in the afternoon, all three walks followed Offa's Dyke path with fine views towards Snowdonia and Formby point!!

 
     
"B" Walk led by Roger Lewis was a linear walk starting from a layby on A541 heading west to Moel Arthur then north along Offa's Dyke Path to Bodfari then up the hill to Caerwys

"C" walk led by David Whitehurst did a circular walk from Caerwys heading north-west to meet Offa's Dyke path then taking  to the hills in the northern stretch of the Clwydian Hills ,taking in the local woodland and meadows along Offa's Dyke on their way to Bodfari ,where they had lunch.The return leg was along the valley  back to Caerwys ,where restorative fluid therapy was enjoyed by all.  
 
 
     
"A" walk led by John Jones did a linear walk from Rhydymwyn to join Offa's Dyke path on the flank of Moel Fammau then north joining "B" walk route at Moel Arthur
